I am mum to three gorgeous girls, and I use crochet therapeutically to de-stress. My husband is very sweet and almost never moans about my WIPs being all over the house lol.
My grandmother inspired me to learn to crochet when she turned up after my first daughter had been born with a pile of gorgeous baby blankets. Since then I have been hooked 🙂
I enjoy crocheting in every spare moment that I can find (around the day job, kids, studying etc. lol), snuggled up under a blanket and listening to a good audiobook. Given that I am constantly striving to feel warm and toasty (I am cursed with cold feet), it will come as no surprise that I prefer to design patterns that make you feel all cosy (both mentally and physically).
